Trust and Company Administration

Trusts and companies are the principal vehicles used in offshore planning and structuring. We offer corporate trustee services and trust administration support. We can also arrange the incorporation of companies in Guernsey or in many other jurisdictions around the world through the Moore Stephens International network.

Understanding our client's requirements is of vital importance. Working with other professional advisers, we will establish and maintain a suitable structure, often involving a trust and offshore companies, to suit each client's needs. The trust or settlement provides a vehicle into which assets may be transferred and through which a client's wishes may be expressed. Many clients, for the sake of clarity or taxation reasons hold different types of assets in different trust/company structures.

International Planning

Working with our clients internationally, over many years, means that we have a considerable depth of expertise in understanding international structures and are able to offer the most appropriate jurisdiction for offshore vehicles. International planning also encompasses estate planning for those clients with interests in more that one jurisdiction.

Auditing and Accounting
